Fees: The standard fee is $160 per 50-minute session or $230 per 80-minute session, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. I also offer 3 hour intensive EMDR sessions for $460. Payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full session fee.

Insurance Coverage: Many extended health plans now cover Master's-level counselling services on a reimbursement basis (we don't direct bill, unfortunately). I recommend that if you are planning to submit to a benefit plan that you check with them first to see if they cover clinical counsellors registered with the CCPA as Certified Clinical Counsellors (CCCs), since each plan has different allowances and requirements of the provider. We will provide you a receipt to submit to your insurance provider if you do have coverage.
